Imo everything should cost power and supply. If you like to move around, get some ghosts or warthogs and choose a starting composition that fits your playstyle. I don't know what would stop that. Take some heavy hitters or artillery. Well as we saw earlier, mines and infantry do a decent job. Aim to have 2 heavy supply pads, 2 advanced generators, and a barracks as quickly as you can. I don't see a problem with it, even the Normal level AI rush secondary bases and attempt to harass you.
